It was my first time using this shipper. The thing that made me decide to use them was a personal phone call right when I was trying to arrange transport. The driver was very nice as were the workers at Domestic. The driver even told the new owner of the car how the drivers around him slowed to see the Z28. It even helped him go through the scales. I was a little anxious because I have never transported a vehicle before. Mike (the initial contact person) was very communicative and answered all my questions, walking me through the process. She even did a three-way call with me to the dispatcher to confirm when the vehicle would be delivered. I would definitely use them again if I needed to do a transport. This was my first time using a transportation company to haul anything, let alone a new 2008 Mercedes E350. You hear the horror stories from the news but luckily after a few calls to other transportation brokers I found Domestic Auto Transport. Can't say enough about how happy I was and am with the whole process.

The customer service was excellent, and even when the driver didn't show up, Domestic took complete care of it. They found me another truck in my area and were able to have my car picked up in just three days since the first driver's cancellation.

I shipped my car from CA to NY. In about 10 days, the company found a carrier to ship the car, although the driver requested from the company before hand an additional $55, as the pick up was at a rural destination, which was not a problem. Both the pick up and delivery processes were smooth and the driver called ahead of time which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend the service and would utilize the same if I ever needed to in the future. Thanks Domestic! -Ron
